Boot Camp with LDN Performance consists of 45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, with the aim of burning fat whilst improving body conditioning. This form of training is based around how the military train; using your body in the most effective way to get the best outcome! This could mean running, jumping, rolling, pushing, pulling, moving, crawling, carrying or lifting.
What should you bring with you?
- A solid set of running trainers
- A large bottle of water
- Sun protection (in the summer)
- Yoga mat (in the winter)
- Waterproof jacket and a towel you are prepared to get grubby
- And A LOT of enthusiasm
